Herbert Management Group (HMG) is a sports management and marketing company specializing in athlete representation, sponsorship development, brand partnerships, marketing, and career growth within the world of professional darts.
Founded in 2023 by Brian Herbert, HMG combines a lifelong passion for sports with experience in sports management, business development, sales, branding, and marketing. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO). His sports industry experience includes working with the River City Rage professional indoor football organization and the Texas Legends, the NBA G League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks.
Darts became a passion for Brian during his college years and remained an important part of his life for more than a decade. Combining that passion with his background in sports and business led to the creation of Herbert Management Group and Brian becoming registered with the Darts Regulation Authority (DRA).
Today, HMG works with professional and competitive dart players from the United States, Canada, Europe, and beyond. We help our players develop their careers both on and off the oche through representation, sponsorship opportunities, brand development, marketing, social media exposure, merchandise opportunities, and long-term career planning.
HMG also works closely with businesses and brands to develop partnerships that provide real value for everyone involved. We believe a successful sponsorship should be more than a logo on a jersey. It should build relationships, increase brand exposure, create engaging content, support athletes, and provide meaningful opportunities for both the player and the partner.
