Brian’s passion for sports and competition ignited at a young age, particularly in basketball and track. Despite encountering setbacks from shoulder surgeries, his unwavering determination and love for sports persisted. During his tenure at Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO), Brian’s internship with the River City Rage, a professional indoor football team, further fueled his interest in sports management.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration, Brian embarked on a dynamic career path. He honed his skills with esteemed organizations like the Texas Legends, affiliated with the Dallas Mavericks, and prominent companies in St. Louis.

But Brian’s journey didn’t end there. Darts entered his life during his college years, quickly evolving from a hobby into a profound passion. In 2023, Brian’s dedication led him to register with the Darts Regulation Authority (DRA) and establish Herbert Management Group, specializing in professional sports and entertainment management.
